📦Return Shipment Services – Courier service pick up from you, hassle free.

-Outside of the Items are badly cracked upon receive. (with proof)
-Part of the items are missing upon receive. (with proof)
-Pastry or Mooncake is mouldy upon receive. (with proof)

If the product is damaged when you first receive it, please contact us for refunds or replacements immediately upon receive.

Process of Return Parcel

  1. Message us regarding the Cookies condition
  2. Once return or refund process approve, we will generate Consignment note for you
  3. You have to print the consignment note and stick on the parcel before hand it to courier service
  4. If you inconvenience to print our consignment note, you may write the tracking ID & Shipper Name on the shipment and show the label for courier services to scan during pick up.

 

📦COD ( Cash On Delivery) Services – Test Run Period (West-Malaysia Only) (only for RM 200 and below)
**This Service need to pay extra - RM5 (Charged by DHL)
**Open Box Service is not included in COD Services.

**The Payment will be collect by DHL Driver upon deliver.
**Please ready cash before driver arrive.
**May refer to the driver for other payment method.
